Dear families,
In order to improve organization and offer better service, we inform you of the new conditions for birthday celebrations at our venue:
1. Cakes and birthday pastries brought from outside
If cakes, traditional coca, or other food products not purchased from our venue are brought, a supplement of €9 (cakes) and €9 (coca) will be charged.
We appreciate your understanding (no exceptions will be made).
2. Food and drinks from outside
Bringing external food or drinks is not allowed.
For any questions or special situations, we recommend contacting the Cargoleando team in advance.
3. Duration of birthday parties
The standard duration of parties is 3 hours. If this time is exceeded, an additional charge will be applied based on the hourly rate of playtime: €3.50 per child.
4. Birthday invitations
- Digital cards: €2 (Cargoleando) and €4.8 (customized)
- Printed “Cargoleando” cards: €0.20 each
- Printed thematic cards with custom design: €0.45 each. Minimum order of 10 units.
5. Decoration and materials brought from outside
If you wish to bring your own decorations (themes, balloons, birthday kits, etc.), you may access the venue 15 minutes before the party starts to set it up.
If we are in charge of the setup and decoration, an additional cost of €15 per hour will be applied.
